Resulting in Leading Global Supply Chain Management Consultancy Firm
  BrainNet Management Consultants GmbH and Supply Management Group SMG AG are merging and focusing their business in BrainNet Supply Management Group AG, located in St. Gallen, Switzerland. The result of this merger is the leading global consultancy firm for supply chain management.
The consolidated company employs 220 members of staff around the world and has a turnover of €30 million. As a global player, the BrainNet Supply Management Group operates ten offices spread throughout the world’s key procurement markets. Its clients include more than 80 of the companies listed in the Global Fortune 500 and around 240 fast-growing SMEs.
  Close collaboration with the SMI
  The merger will also allow the new company to work closely with the Supply Management Institute (SMI) at EBS. In the future BrainNet’s advanced training activities will be handled by the SMI as part of EBS Executive Education. The SMI has a unique international academic network with 19 in-house professors, 60 in-house members of academic staff and its own offices in China, India and Russia. In addition to undertaking research work, the company also trains around 5000 present and future leaders from supply chain management a year around the globe.
