Application Process

In our selection process we want to find out if your personality, abilities and experience are a good fit to BrainNet.  It’s just as important to us to make an in-depth evaluation possible for you to find out whether BrainNet is the right employer for you.

In the first step, we check what qualifications and experience you have in your application documents, and look to see what prospects you would have in your application with BrainNet.
If you receive an invitation to our standardized, online analysis capabilities test, you’ve made it to the next level. It takes about 90 minutes of your time and you can work on it from home, carrying out a variety of tasks in defined requirement dimensions such as “numerical reasoning”, “deductive thinking” or “retentiveness”.

The results together with the impression made by your application will form the decision on whether you receive an invitation to an initial interview.  In this interview, carried out either in a face-to-face interview or in a telephone conversation, we’ll ask more in-depth and supplementary questions to gather information about the reason for your application, your aspirations and your expectations from BrainNet as well.  We’re very happy to answer your questions to help you gain a comprehensive picture of BrainNet.

If, after this first interview, you and we both have a great deal of interest in working together in the future, we will decide in the next, and final step, whether we’ll make you an offer of employment.
For this we will invite you to one of our offices. In an individual assessment you will introduce yourself, first, with a previously prepared presentation of yourself to a committee, made up of one or more of our partners, colleagues, one from an experience level close to your own in the hierarchy along with a representative from the personnel department.

Prior to this, you will prepare a case for presentation in this committee, which will be introduced to you on location and that we will want to discuss with you afterwards. Any questions you may have can be asked at the end of your visit to us, along with time for joint reflection of all your expectations and aspirations.  Plan to spend about four hours on this visit.  You’ll receive our decision within 24 hours.
